Ever since I finished my Dandelion textile art piece last week – see it here – I’ve been in love with the shape of the dandelion that I made using bits of cotton scrim, so of course I had to continue and make some more.

Instead of making another large fabric art piece though, I made these small postcard size pieces which turned out to be the perfect size to give as gifts. I used a lovely piece of hand-dyed fabric for the background and even though they all have the same theme, each of them are quite different. Most of all, I simply love how they each have their own personality. These are so cute and were also fun to make.

Happy Holidays everyone! I’m taking a break and will be back early in January.
