Last week’s prompt for the “Wild Soul” Art Journal Challenge was “Wings”. This prompt challenged us to imagine ourselves with wings to soar, and this is how I chose to interpret the challenge.

This Week’s Art Journal Prompt

This week’s prompt is Change. This prompt challenges us to consider how we react when changes happen in our lives.

Creative Art'n'Soul Journaling

The only way to make sense out of change
is to plunge into it move with it and join the dance.
~Alan Wilson Watts~

Change is an inevitable part of life. Whether we invite change in, or it arrives unexpectedly, somehow it always takes us by surprise and often makes us feel vulnerable. Realizing that change is a temporary thing, can help us get to a place where life feels more certain.

Are there changes going on in your life at the moment?
How are you responding to them?
Are there changes that you want to make in your life?
What is the first step you can take toward making those changes?
