This week I’ve been in “research and gather mode”, starting to prepare for my next online class which is all about fabric paper. I’ve scheduled this class for June but believe it or not, it’s nearly April already! Am I even remotely prepared for April – yikes! What happened the last three months?
I originally had four online classes scheduled for this year but I’ve already had to cancel one and rearrange the dates for the other two due to a busy workload this year, so fingers crossed I won’t have to reschedule again.
However regardless of what else comes up, the fabric paper class will go ahead this year. This is a class I’ve been trying to put together for quite some time, so it’s now or never.
One of the reasons I want so much to do this online class is that making fabric paper is one of my very favorite things. I love to make it because there are so many different types of recipes you can use, but mostly I love to make it because you can create such beautiful texture and color like this …

And of course I use it in many other ways, and mostly these days I print on it to make my art bags …

So very shortly I hope to begin getting you all excited about using fabric paper and showing you just how versatile and easy it is to make and work with.
