Returns/Exchanges

HOME STUDY STORE

CDs and DVDs
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on cds or dvds unless the discs are received in a damaged or non-working condition. To arrange a return, please email me with details.

Online Classes
There are no refunds on any of my online classes. When purchasing an online class please first read How The Online Classes Work.

Books
I understand that sometimes books are a challenge when purchasing online and they don't always contain the information that you're looking for. I want you to be perfectly happy, so if you want to return your book I'll gladly accept it back for credit.

Guidelines: The book must be returned within seven days of your receiving it. Please email me to let me know why you're returning it. It must be in unused and in perfect condition - no binding or page creases or thumbprints - it must look like new. Please use first class mail with delivery confirmation. If for some reason it gets lost in the mail and I don't receive it, I won't be able to issue a refund. I will issue a refund less the original shipping charges, within 48 hours of receipt of the package.

DESIGN STORE

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from my Design Store I am happy to accept the item back for credit within thirty days of purchase (except custom orders). Please email me to arrange for the return of the item.
