Journal - Magnolia

Capture all those elusive creative ideas before they escape forever with this beautiful handmade journal.

The journal is approximately 7" high x 5" wide; just the right size to fit inside your purse or handbag so you can take it with you wherever you go. The journal cover is separate from the journal pages so once you've filled the pages you can remove them, replace them with new pages and use your beautiful journal again and again.

The Artwork
The artwork is an original digital art design printed onto textured fabric. The print is permanent and fade-resistant and finished with a sealer to protect against dirt and wear.

Finishing
The journal is lined with fabric and the edge is finished with handmade cording and a zig-zag stitch in coordinating colors. Lengths of handmade cording are attached to the cover so you can wrap them around the journal and tie them to secure your pages. The ties are attached to the inside of the cover but if you don't want them, you can remove them by carefully picking away the stitches. Three beaded bookmarks are attached to the cover.

The Pages
The journal has three signatures with a total of 90 pages. Some of the pages are blank so you can sketch, draw, doodle or scrawl; some are lined so you can write on them. Each signature has a decorative cover and each cover has a small pocket to store notes or other important papers. The three signatures are bound in a plain cardboard cover which can be removed from the journal once you fill the pages and you can then replace them with new pages.
