A New Approach to Your New Year’s Resolutions

PeacefulTired of making new year’s resolutions that fall by the wayside after a few weeks or months? I gave up making resolutions many years ago, it’s much less stressful, but I do like to travel through the year by setting some achievable goals.

However I just found this great idea for selecting a word, or several words, to use as “words of the year”. It’s a nice, simple idea, and using a word is much more forgiving than making unachievable resolutions.
