Fabric Poppies

I just love poppies. I like most colors, but I particularly love red poppies. The color is so bright and beautiful, and the flower itself is simple and unpretentious.

I recently stumbled across this fabulous tutorial for making fabric poppies. You can use them to pin for your clothing, or use them for embellishments for your projects.

I’ll be making some today and I’ll bet you can’t guess how I’ll be using them. Check back in a few days for the results, but in the meantime, have fun making bunches of fabric poppies!
