Fabric Paper Scraps

I use fabric paper a lot for various types of projects and I always have lots of small scraps lying around so with Christmas quickly closing in, I found some time to whip up a few fabric paper bookmarks to use as stocking stuffers.

The fabric paper is quite stiff to start so after I added some decorative detail and painted them with acrylic paints I also added some stiff stabilizer and some backing fabric to make sure they retained their stiffness, and then zig zag stitched them together. I painted these ones in “guy” colors to put in my hubbie’s stocking.

And I really like the texture ….
