Fabric beads are one of my favorite embellishing techniques and I use them a lot to embellish my art quilts. Instead of fabric, you can also make your own fabric beads using paper, tyvek, fabric paper, or a combination of different types of fabric and paper.
This video by Creative Daily demonstrates a super quick method of making fabric beads using fabric and decorative fiber. If you haven’t tried to make your own fabric beads yet, try it using this quick method and I’m sure you’ll be hooked.
