What does your weekend look like? This is what mine looks like …

And that’s it; that’s all there is! A bunch of fabrics, fibers, threads and embellishments, and only the vaguest idea of what I’m going to do with it all.
I’ll be teaching my Titivations workshop in a few weeks for a group of lovely ladies down in Melbourne who are doll artists, and I thought it would be nice to put together an art doll sampler for the ladies, but only one problem – I don’t do dolls. I do just about everything else, but I’ve never done an art doll.
The only advantage this offers is that since I don’t know how to go about making an art doll, I don’t have any rules to follow. I’m liking that.
Have a great weekend everyone! And check back on Monday to see what crazy-assed thing I’ve managed to put together; it should be very interesting.
Update:
Don’t forget to check out the progress on my art doll.
